　　载银活性炭制造工艺

    载银活性炭选用优质果核壳为原料，采用特殊载银工艺精制而成。广泛用于净水器、矿泉壶饮水机等净化灭菌设备中，其净化水的效果高于普通净水炭。载银后的活性炭依照银离子的微动效应起到抑菌、杀菌的作用。载银活性炭选用粒度20～30目的颗粒果壳活性炭，常用的银剂是AgNO3。

     载银活性炭的优点及作用

    活性炭是最佳的水质净化滤料，载银活性炭能改善活性炭的性能，最大限度地发挥其优势。载银活性炭将活性炭和银结合，不仅对水中有机污染物有吸附作用，还具有杀菌作用。依靠银离子的作用使得活性炭内不会滋生细菌，避免活性炭过滤器出水亚硝酸盐含量增高的问题。

　　载银活性炭上的银不但不会脱落，反而可以去除水中的重金属银;经过CARTIS载银活性炭处理后水中的溶解氧平均增加30%。这种载银活性炭用作水处理可有效地去除余氯，重金属，有机污染物;活性炭表面的银不会脱落;口感明显改善;处理后的水保留了对人体有益的天然矿物质;水质偏碱性;溶解氧平均增加30%左右;具有长效抑制细菌，病毒，藻类的功效，且处理后的水质不易结垢，符合国内外专家公认的健康水的水质标准。

    中国预防医学科学院环境卫生监测所对载银椰壳活性炭净化效果进行灭菌试验，载银量及水质分析确认：水质达到国家标准要求——检验报告编号94228。
